Mr. Pascal Legrand is Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary. In his role, Mr. Legrand ensures integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration and relationships of the company, ensuring compliance with statutory, and regulatory requirements.

 

In addition to overseeing multiple corporate functions including Controller, Investor Relations, Tax, and Treasury, Mr. Legrand also oversees Global Capital Management, the company’s global financing arm.

Mr. Legrand has extensive operational and financial experience in both the commercial and retail business; key leadership role in enhancing business plan development, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and capital commitment planning, as well as competitive analysis and benchmarking.

 

Mr. Legrand is responsible for the development and implementation of service strategies throughout our business units with leadership, metrics and technology. Mr. Legrand is a member of Bleu’s Executive Leadership team.
