Our Sustainability foundation was laid well in advance back in 2019; to become Net-Zero-Carbon footprint by 2030. These ambitious goals are embodied evident by our Sustainability matrix which surpasses any LEED standards to-date.

From our early beginnings, Bleutech Park set out bold ambitious to transform the Future of Infrastructure. We had recognized the importance of cyber threat, security, weapons detection, emergency operations centers, and biometrics, and yet had not fully grasp or accounted for an unprecedented pandemic. Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, it validated and highlighted that today's infrastructures where we live, learn, work and play are overdue for change; simply put outdated! 

 

Today our blueprint has been accelerated by the course of this pandemic and achieving a Net-Zero pathway seems more relevant and far more important than ever. Given all our previous planning, in the last two years, post-pandemic has validated how we must “continue” to innovate and reemphasize how our SmartCity must not remain static, but dynamic. This momentous opportunity has allowed us to go back to the drawing board to account efficiently and in a sustainable manner, for any future pandemics. We have an opportunity, to set the course to not just redefine the future of our spaces, healthier and inclusive but also to recreate the Future of Infrastructure. To set clear goals based on lessons-learned, for a Net-Zero community in the heart of desert plains, Las Vegas.

 

This project will set a precedence unlike any infrastructure to-date of what is to come for the Future of the Built-Environment, much closer than any science fiction movie.
