Mr. Fernandez is Bleu Network’s Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Ethics & Compliance. He’s responsible for ensuring that the people practices and leadership development throughout the Company are aligned and support the achievement of the business strategy. An essential element of Mr. Fernandez’s role is to ensure the business recruits and retains sufficient talented people to achieve the business strategy together with equipping the current workforce with the skills to develop both professionally and personally.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fernandez has been known for his leadership, ethics, loyalty, integrity, customer and partnership skills. He is a passionate advocate for Bleu’s employees and for our Vision, Values & Covenants, which prepares him well to lead the company’s HR function responsible for developing and maintaining Bleu Network’s global ethics and compliance program, including its international network of ethics and compliance officers.

Mr. Fernandez brings along with his 21 years decorated military background extensive leadership and hands-on approach to lead the company’s HR Ethics & Compliance initiatives. Mr. Fernandez is a member of Bleu’s Executive Leadership team.
