Ms. Janet Legrand is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Bleu Network, Inc., an engineer with over 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, launched a full service company dedicated to providing innovative P3 Consultancy, Development, Finance, and Asset Management of primary Public Private Partnership (PPP/P3) infrastructure projects throughout the North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East.

 

As CEO, Ms. Legrand’s strategic vision for Bleu Network Inc. focuses on three fundamental pillars: generating the best creative and most comprehensive financial investments; fostering innovation and utilizing the latest technology; and expanding into new markets around the worldwhile supporting sustainability initiatives. 

 

Ms. Legrand is an effective leader experienced in all aspects of the construction management process including but not limited to budget planning, project controls, contract management, risk management and finance. Under her leadership, Bleu Network has grown from humble beginnings to an international company, serving clients in the field of Transportation, Power, Environmental and Social Infrastructure.

 

Her steadfast commitment to contribute to sustainable development by creating value in all the environments in which Bleu Network operates, is to ensure corporate sustainability initiatives, and in doing so joined the United Nations Global Compact, making Bleu Network Inc. the only company in the Construction sector in the State of Florida since 2013.

 

Ms. Legrand brings a relentless drive for innovation and a spirit of collaboration to the company. Her vast experiences, widely diverse content, and her determination to empower people to achieve more have led to strong results and success. As a steward of the Company, she instills perseverance to forge forward, and to aspire to drive change.
