This ethical standard is one of the company’s most valuable assets and is a direct result of its employees conduct. Bleu seeks customers and partners who share our values and standards of conduct. We are committed to integrity and ethical business practices as we continue to earn our clients’ and partners’ trust. Our integrity is guided by our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy. Available in 7 languages (English, Français Español, Português, Italiano, Arabic and Russian). Our policies are centrically guided by the United Nations Global Compact and its principles, United Nations Convention Against Corruption. 

 

As a result we provide on-going training to all employees and consultants working for us on the Code’s requirements. An annual certification and recertification process is in place to ensure Code’s standards are being asserted. Bleu also encourages its employees to speak up if they become aware of any unlawful or unethical conduct. Bleu Ethics Helpline is a confidential means of communication separate from management available to all employees. The Helpline is a toll-free line available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, multi-language, by an independent service provider. 

 

Our commitment to Ethics and Conduct is applicable to all of our employees in all parts of Bleu Network Inc. including its subsidiaries and/or special purpose entities. It is recognized that social values, laws, and customs may differ in different parts of the world, thus a detail interpretation of some of the Code’s provisions may vary from country to country. Bleu Network Inc. firmly believes our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy promotes an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct, a commitment right at the core of Bleu’s values and compliance with the law.
